中文摘要 | 本研究係將自行合成的紫外線硬化型含磷矽丙烯酸酯系聚胺基甲酸酯(Phosphorus silane-containing acrylated polyurethane, PSAPU)摻合反應性磷阻燃劑調配四種塗料,經UV硬化後之塗膜進行CNS6532耐燃三級評估,結果得知,摻合6%及9%反應性磷阻燃劑的PSAPU 3及PSAPU 4塗料配方,可達到耐燃三級標準規定,而未摻合PSAPU 1及摻合3%者的PSAPU 2塗料,則因不符餘燄時間30s以下規範,未達標準規定。又由TGA-IR、元素、灰分含量及XPS分析結果知,摻合反應性磷阻燃劑可以延緩有機物開始裂解之溫度且有效減少有機物被燃燒之量,因此有較佳的耐燃效能,且本塗料透明性及硬化速度皆優於目前市售木質材料所用耐燃塗料,極具應用價值。 |
英文摘要 | In this study, four formulated types of coatings were made from the aritificially synthesized ultraviolet curing phosphorus silane-containing acrylated polyurethane which was blended with different percentages of reactive phosphorus fire-retardant chemicals, respectively. The fire-resistance of the coatings under the UV curing was evaluated with grade 3 incombustibility of CNS 6532. The experimental result showed that PSAPU 3 and PSAPU 4, which were blended with 6% and 9% reactive phosphorus fire-retardant chemicals respectively, could meet grade 3 incombustibility standard. PSAPU 1, without blending with the chemical and PSAPU 2, blended with 3% reactive phosphorus fire-retardant chemical, could not meet the standard because there was residual flame more than 30 s, which failed to meet the standard less than 30s. The results of TGA-IR, element, ash content and XPS analysis showed that the coatings blended with reactive phosphorus fire-retardant chemicals could raise the pyrolysis temperature of the organics and reduced the amount of fired organics effectively. Thus, fire- resistance performance was better. The transparency and curing rate of this kind of coating were better than those of the present commercial fire-resistance coatings on the market. The application value of these coatings was quite great. |
