| 英文摘要 | This study developed an open-water kayak sprint performance model using a critical velocity (CV) and modified Wingate test on a kayak ergometer on kayakers. Fifteen kayakers volunteered as subjects, and completed three experimental trials, including a CV test, a modified Wingate test, and an open-water kayak sprint test, with at least a 24-h rest interval between the tests. Heart rates (HRs) were measured throughout the trials. Capillary blood samples were collected immediately after exercise and measured lactate concentrations (LA_(post)). The results revealed that the 1,000-m and 200-m kayak sprint time in open-water was significantly correlated with the 1,000-m and 200-m kayak ergometry tests; CV; and peak power (P_(peak)), anaerobic capacity (AnC), maximum mean power (P_(max)), minimum mean power (P_(min)), and mean power (P_(mean)) in the modified Wingate test. The results of this study suggests that the optimal regression formula for predicting the 1,000-m kayak sprint time was Y = 642.06 - 113.9 × CV, and the optimal 200-m kayak sprint formula was Y = 69.957 - 0.093 × P_(min) + 0.058 × P_(mean) - 0.001 × AnC + 0.012 × P_(max). This study revealed that the CV and modified Wingate tests are the favorable indicators to predict the athlete performance in 1,000-m and 200-m kayak sprints, respectively. |
