中文摘要 | 本研究以科技接受模式為理論基礎,並參考國內外相關文獻資料設計問卷,透過問卷調查的方式,探討某縣政府行政人員對於公務雲系統使用行為及滿意度。研究者於2019年11月11日至2019年12月6日,以某縣政府行政人員為研究對象進行問卷施測,共回收有效問卷379份。問卷資料回收後透過信度分析、敘述性統計分析、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、相關分析與迴歸分析進行資料分析。本研究結果顯示:1.縣政府行政人員對於公務雲系統的使用是滿意的。2.不同身分別的行政人員對「電腦自我效能」與「知覺易用性」有顯著差異,其餘背景變項對各依變項皆無顯著差異。3.「系統品質」、「資訊品質」、「電腦自我效能」會影響「知覺易用性」。4.「系統品質」、「資訊品質」、「知覺易用性」會影響「知覺有用性」。5.「知覺易用性」與「知覺有用性」會影響「使用者滿意度」。 |
英文摘要 | The aim of this research was to explore the county government employees' behavior and satisfaction with the county government document management system (i.e. the Cloud System) using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) as the theoretical basis. The researcher conducted a questionnaire survey of the administration staff of the county government from November 11, 2019 to December 6, 2019, and 379 valid responses were received. The SPSS statistical software was used to undertake a demographic statistical analysis, reliability test, one-way ANOVA, correlation analysis, Independent-Sample t test and regression analysis. The results of the study suggested that: (1) The county government employees were satisfied with the Cloud System; (2) There were significant differences in the computer self-efficacy and perceived ease of use of employees with different identities, otherwise there was no difference between the independent variable and dependent variables; (3) System quality, information quality and computer self-efficacy have a significant and positive effect on "perceived ease of use"; (4) System quality, information quality and "perceived ease of use" have a significant and positive effect on "perceived usefulness," and (5) "Perceived ease of use" and "perceived usefulness" have a significant and positive effect on users' satisfaction. |
