中文摘要 | 本研究以新北市國小學童家長為對象,探討國小學童家長使用即時通訊軟體LINE進行親師溝通的使用情形與個人資訊科技領域創新性、主觀規範、資訊分享、即時互動、知覺易用性、知覺有用性、行為意圖與滿意度的關係。研究結果發現,影響知覺有用性與行為意圖最強烈的因素為知覺易用性,而家長的行為意圖會影響使用LINE進行親師溝通的滿意度,所以通訊軟體越容易使用,家長使用的意願也越高。家長樂意使用LINE為溝通媒介,因其可彌補傳統溝通方式的不足。老師與家長雙方可善用通訊軟體LINE@,減少群組衍生困境,增進教師使用意願。 |
英文摘要 | This study was aimed at parents of elementary school children in New Taipei City. The variables used to explore the Behavioral Intention and Satisfaction of parents of elementary school students who apply LINE for parent-teacher communication were Personal Willingness to Use Innovative Information Technology, Subjective Norms, Information Sharing, Instant Interaction, Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Usefulness, Behavioral Intention, and Satisfaction. The results indicated that the Perceived Ease of Use was the factor that most affected Perceived Usefulness and Behavioral Intention. Parents' Behavioral Intention affected their Satisfaction with the use of LINE for parent-teacher communication. Parents were willing to use LINE as a communication medium because it could compensate for the deficiencies of traditional communication. Both teachers and parents could make good use of the communication software LINE@ to reduce the group's derivative difficulties and increase the teachers' willingness to use it. |
