中文摘要 | 本研究探討主動型企業社會責任(proactive corporate social responsibility, proactive CSR)與被動型企業社會責任(reactive CSR),對於綠色資源承諾之影響,並以綠色領導能力為中介變項。近年來企業社會責任(CSR)在學術與實務領域受到高度關注,企業社會責任從過去被動的符合法規要求,到現今企業主動實行企業社會責任,且多數企業也將企業社會責任視為經營發展的助力,以提高競爭優勢,達成永續發展之目標。因此本研究將企業社會責任分為主動型企業社會責任、被動型企業社會責任兩類型。本研究回收163家台灣製造業為有效樣本,結果發現主動型企業社會責任對於綠色領導能力與綠色資源承諾具有顯著影響,而被動型企業社會責任對於綠色領導能力、綠色資源承諾並無顯著影響,因此企業應致力於發展主動型企業社會責任,透過高階團隊的綠色領導力,並投入相關資源,藉以提升企業綠色資源承諾。 |
英文摘要 | This study explores the relationship among proactive corporate social responsibility, reactive CSR, green resource commitment, and green leadership. In past years, some companies just meet regulations passively. In recent years, companies implement corporate social responsibility activities proactively, and gain competitive advantage by adopting a proactive strategy. Therefore, this study divides CSR into two parts, proactive CSR and reactive CSR. There are 163 valid questionnaires of manufacturing companies. The result of this study shows that proactive CSR has positive effect on green leadership and green resource commitment, but there is no effect among reactive CSR, green leadership, and resource commitment. Thus, companies have to focus on developing proactive corporate social responsibility. In this study, results show that top management's green leadership plays a partial mediating role between proactive CSR and green resource commitment. |
