| 中文摘要 | 近年來不少企業跳脫紅海競爭,推動藍海策略以尋求突破競爭困境,不過國內外企業為了永續發展不僅要從事藍海活動,還積極進行綠海策略來愛護地球、保護環境以持續創新來展開新局。本研究採用敘說探究質性分析,透過深度訪談志鋼金屬的郭總經理與陳導覽員發現,志鋼使用廢棄金屬創作藝術和文創商品而賦予產品新的價值與靈魂,以及成立特例子公司,實踐綠海策略所強調的愛護地球、保護環境幫助弱勢等企業社會責任。尤其,特例子公司的優點包括:離職率大幅降低,有助於穩定生產力;適性訓練統一管理互相扶持;員工有高度的使命感向心力;促進企業打造無障礙空間,減少工安意外;政府適當的補助,共造三贏;提升社會公益形象邁向社會企業來實現永續發展的目標。 |
| 英文摘要 | In recent years, numerous companies have opted for the Blue Ocean strategy instead of the Red Sea strategy to seek breakthrough during competitive difficulties. However, domestic and foreign enterprises must not only engage in blue ocean activities for sustainable development, but also actively carry out the Green Sea strategy to ensure environmental sustainability and expand to new boundaries by innovation. This study uses the narrative to explore qualitative analysis; through in-depth interviews with General Manager Guo of Chih Kang Metal and Mr. Chen, we found that CHIH KANG recycled waste metal to create cultural and creative art, renewing the value of these waste products. They have also a unique subsidiary that practices green sea strategy, emphasizing environmental protection and committing to various corporate social responsibilities. In particular, the advantages of the company conducting such a strategy include significantly lower turnover rate, which has stabilized productivity, qualitative training and unified management support, employees with a high sense of mission, promoting companies to create barrier-free spaces, and enhancing the image corporations to the general public. |
