英文摘要 | In the past, research on preschool teachers rarely paid attention to their self-growth or mental adaptation. However, if the mental state or work stress of preschool teachers fails to receive the attention they deserve, it will inevitably affect their job performance and quality of teaching. Thus, this article will introduce the concept of positive psychology, and focus on introducing practical and feasible "positive traits" (i.e., psychological capital, positive thinking, proactive coping) to enhance the sense of wellness of preschool teachers. |
