中文摘要 | 本研究旨在以健康信念模式,探討台灣南部地區大學女生接種人類乳突病毒(human papillomavirus, HPV)疫苗之意願,並運用結構方程模式檢驗相關預測因子。研究對象為某所科技大學一年級的女學生,資料收集時間從2016年10月至12月,共發放1,000份問卷,實得有效樣本問卷834份。統計方式以相關性與結構方程模式,分析大學女生接種人類乳突病毒疫苗之意願。結果顯示,自覺接種疫苗好處與自覺接種疫苗障礙會透過行動線索與自我效能為中介變項,影響大學女學生接種HPV疫苗的意願。為提升接種HPV疫苗的意願,與防止感染HPV,建議衛生單位應多透過各式的傳播媒體宣導、製作相關微電影、開發製作宣導APP軟體,以提供學生們更多元的學習,期望能提升學生接種HPV疫苗的意願。 |
英文摘要 | Through this study, we aimed to explore the willingness of female university students in southern Taiwan to be vaccinated against human papillomavirus (HPV). Accordingly, we using health belief and structural equation models to test relevant predictors. The study participants included female freshman at university, and data was collected between October and December 2016. In total, although 1,000 questionnaires were distributed, only 834 valid questionnaires were received. We analyzed the willingness of these students to be vaccinated against HPV using correlation and structural equation models. Our analysis showed that the benefits of conscious and self-conscious vaccinations impaired the willingness of these students to receive vaccination against HPV, with action cues and self-efficacy as intermediary variables. To increase the willingness to undergo HPV vaccination and prevent HPV infection, health units are recommended to use various media to produce related micro-films and develop APP software. Providing diversity learning may enhance the willingness of students to undergo HPV vaccination. |
