| 中文摘要 | 本研究探討2013-2015年共6個針葉樹人工林疏伐收穫作業過程中伐木造材與集材整堆之作業時間與能源消耗調查,評估國內近期執行疏伐作業之標準作業量與收穫過程中之二氧化碳排放量。同時在林木收穫技術開發上,引進遙控式搬器集材作業技術,探討二徑間架空索集材作業效率。研究結果顯示大部分作業區之立木樹冠長率皆在50%以上,顯示樹幹含活枝條比例偏高,建議配合疏伐作業一併修枝,提升未來收穫原木品質。疏伐作業之每人日平均伐木造材標準作業量為11.037 m^3;集材整堆為2.352 m^3;每人日平均可生產1.839 m^3原木。二徑間之遙控式搬器集材之每日標準作業量為4.077 m^3,較國內傳統集材效率高。每生產出1m^3原木時整堆於林道旁之CO_2排放量為18.37 kg。在約相同的作業深度規劃下,採怪手附絞盤直線集材及關聯作業之CO_2排放量為架空索集材的1.2倍。 |
| 英文摘要 | This study investigated the operation times and fuel consumptions during felling, bucking, yarding, and piling process of six coniferous plantations thinning operation from 2013 to 2015. The main purposes were to evaluate thinning operation productivity and carbon dioxide emission according to recent thinning operations in Taiwan. Remote control carriage was also introduced to improve the multiple spans skyline-yarding efficiency. The experimental results showed that the crown length ratio of stand tree in major sites were over 50%, indicated the proportion of live branches in tree stems was unusually high. In order to improve the wood quality in the future, we suggest that pruning and thinning operations should be implemented simultaneously. The daily standard thinning operation performance of felling and bucking work was 11.037 cubic meters per person on the average. The standard daily productivity of yarding and piling work with thinning practices was 2.352 cubic meters per person on the average, and that of daily log productivity was 1.839 cubic meters per person on the average. The standard daily productivity of double spans skyline yarding work with remote control carriage was 4.077 cubic meters per person, significantly higher than those of traditional skyline yarding methods. The carbon dioxide emission calculated from the fuel consumptions during harvesting process was 18.37 kg on the average for producing one cubic meter of log. The carbon dioxide emission of log production using excavator with winch system was 1.2 times higher than those with skyline yarding system. |
