中文摘要 | 教育部於1994 年將原本的《師範教育法》修改為《師資培育法》之後,許多的大學開始開設學分班與師資班,導致合格教師數量開始增加。隨著少子化的來襲,擁有教師證的合格教師慢慢變成流浪教師,考教師甄試的同時也在代理代課,成了最沒保障的教師。本研究採取立意取樣的方式選取三位曾經是流浪教師的正式教師為研究對象,運用半結構式訪談法蒐集相關資料,並使用Duckworth, Peterson, Matthews, &Kelly(2007)所提出之恆毅力的兩個向度來探討流浪教師成為正式教師的關鍵。研究結果發現:一致性和堅持的毅力對於流浪教師來說相當重要,同時也是影響自己成為正式教師的因素。 |
英文摘要 | After the Ministry of Education changed the original "Teacher Education Law" to the "Teacher Cultivation Act" in 1994, many universities began to set up credit classes and teacher education classes, leading to the increase in the number of qualified teachers. With the declining birthrate, qualified teachers with teacher certificates have gradually become street teachers. At the same time, the exam testers are also acting as substitute teachers and become the most unprotected teachers. This study adopts an intentional sampling method to select three former teachers who were formerly homeless teachers as research subjects, and uses semi-structured interviews to collect relevant data. And use the two dimensions of constant perseverance proposed by Duckworth, Peterson, Matthews, & Kelly (2007) to discuss the key to becoming a formal teacher for vagrants. The results of the study found that consistency and persistence of perseverance are very important for homeless teachers, and they are also factors that influence oneself becoming a formal teacher. |
