中文摘要 | 現代教育重視改革創新,鼓勵教師觀摩學習,以提升學生學習成效,故教學標竿的選擇益加重要。本研究嘗試以大一閱讀書寫課程為例,運用多準則決策方法之折衷排序(VlseKriterijumska Optimizacija I Kompromisno Resenje, VIKOR)和層級分析法(Analytic Hierarchy Process, AHP)選擇教學標竿,並透過觀摩討論,達到教學標竿學習之目的。其中,標竿選擇指標是依據授課目標、任課老師的教學經驗彙整而成,共計有:閱讀能力、書寫能力、美學能力、處世能力、關照自我能力的提升,及學生教學評量分數、作品數量七項。研究結果不僅可做為日後相關老師改進教學的參考,亦可供各校相關課程參考運用。 |
英文摘要 | In order to promote the student learning effects, it is paid more attention to reformation and innovation, and encouraging teachers' learning from observation in modern education. So the selection of teaching benchmark is more important. In this study, multiple criteria decision making methods, VlseKriterijumska Optimizacija I KOmpromisno Resenje (VIKOR) and Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), are used to select the teaching benchmark in order to achieve the above purpose. They were described through an example of a case study on the teaching of Chinese reading and writing of freshmen. The index alternatives of benchmark are collected from teaching target and teacher's teaching experiences. They are ability of reading, writing, the aesthetic skills, life skills, ability to take care of self- promotion, teaching evaluation of students and products quantities of students. The study results can be a reference for related teacher to improve their teaching also can be a reference for another related courses faculty who want to promote students' learning effect. |
