中文摘要 | 為發展高性能林業機械,本研究研製組裝多功能木材收穫機,並對履帶式挖掘機母體之大臂及小臂機械臂以有限元素分析為基礎,應用Solidworks Simulation^®軟體在不同荷重條件進行力學分析及疲勞分析,了解其應力、位移之分布情形及疲勞週期壽命。由結果得知,在結構上可能之破壞點為大臂轉折點鄰近插銷之位置,力學分析之結果可提供未來機械設計改良之參據。 |
英文摘要 | In order to introduce high performance forestry machinery, the multi-functional wood harvester was developed from this study. Under different loading conditions for the mechanical arm of excavator matrix, the software of solidworks simulation^® was used to study the mechanics and fatigue analysis in order to realize their stress, displacement distribution and fatigue life cycle based on the finite element analysis. According to the experimental results, the possible destruction point was on the corner point of the boom near the plug. These results would serve as an useful reference for future machinery design and improvement. |
