中文摘要 | 目的:檢視醫院提供民眾預約領取慢箋服務的成效及提供慢箋預約領藥服務對於 病人回院領取慢箋之意願是否有其關聯性。 方法:統計2015年7月至2016年7月所有本院使用預約慢箋的筆數及慢箋回領率, 主要分析預約慢箋服務對於提升慢箋回領是否有其相關性。 結果:每月慢箋預約平均人次增加62.3%,慢箋預約未領率由6.1%減少為1.3%; 整體慢箋回領率 (預約慢箋上線前月平均50.7%,上線後月平均52.1%,p = 0.142),慢 箋預約件數與慢箋回領率未呈現顯著相關性 (p = 0.206)。 結論:雖然本次研究結果顯示提供預約慢箋服務與提高病人回原醫療院所領取慢 性處方箋的意願並無顯著相關,但在節省病人等待時間則是有效益的,不論如何,只 要是能提供民眾更方便的領藥方式,相信對於醫療服務品質的提升也會有所助益。 |
英文摘要 | Objetives: To examine the effectiveness of that the hospital provided chronic patients with prescription-refilled service appointment and the correlation between the appointed services and the willingness to refill prescriptions at the original prescription released hospital. Methods: Calculate the number of patients on appointed services and the percentage to refill prescriptions at the original prescription released hospital from July 2015 to July 2016. The primary purpose of this study was to find out the correlation between the appointed services and the percentage of refilling prescriptions at the original prescription released hospital. Results: In average, the percentage of patients on appointed services increased 62.3% and the proportion of withdrawal had declined from 6.1% to 1.3%. The correlation between number of patients on appointed services and the percentage to refill prescriptions at the original prescription released hospital was not statistically significant (p = 0.206). Conclusions: Although the results of this study showed that there was no significant correlation between the appointed services and the willingness to refill prescriptions at the original prescription released hospital, the reduction of the waiting time was positively improved. Anyway, if there's a more convenient way to refill prescriptions, I believe the quality of medical services will also be upgraded. |
