中文摘要 | 於 2004 至 2007 年分別於台中市霧峰區、彰化縣埔鹽鄉、田尾鄉等花椰菜田,探討小菜蛾 (Plutella xylostella) 性費洛蒙誘蟲有效距離,以及評估利用性費洛蒙大量誘殺防治小菜蛾之效果。 結果顯示性費洛蒙誘蟲器設置於非寄主作物鳳梨田,距花椰菜田 5 m 處以上,其誘蟲數較設置於 花椰菜田邊者顯著下降。每公頃花椰菜田設置 40、80 與 120 個等不同數量性費洛蒙誘蟲盒誘捕小 菜蛾均顯著降低小菜蛾族群密度;以每公頃設置 120 個之處理,小菜蛾族群密度降低的幅度較大。 2007 年在彰化縣田尾鄉花椰菜田,每 8 m 設置一個性費洛蒙誘蟲器,大量誘殺小菜蛾之綜合防治 效果評估顯示,於採收的花椰菜葉、花的危害率,於大量誘殺區危害率分別為 3.7 與 20.6%,均低 於慣行防治之對照區 6.1 與 29.3%,顯示大量誘殺處理降低小菜蛾對花椰菜的危害率。 |
英文摘要 | The present study was conducted to investigate the setting distance of Plutella xylostella (diamondback moth, DBM) sex pheromone traps in fields and its control effect on DBM mass trapping in the cauliflower and cabbage fields of Wufeng, Taichung County, and Puyan and Tianwei, Changhua County, Taiwan, from 2004 to 2007. The results indicated that the number of DBM caught in traps decreased significantly when the traps were set in the non-host pineapple field, 5 m away from the cauliflower field. When the number of wing sticky traps baited with DBM sex pheromone was set as 40, 80, and 120 traps/ha in the cauliflower fields, the population densities of DBM decreased significantly, particularly for the 120-traps/ha treatment. In the 2007 field trial, the leaf and flower infestation rates of the harvested cauliflowers in the field set at 8-m intervals for DBM mass trapping were 3.7% and 20.6%, respectively. These rates were significantly lower than those in the regular insecticide application plots (considered as reference; 6.1% and 29.3%, respectively). |
