中文摘要 | 本研究的主要目的是探討健走運動對國中階段注意力缺陷過動症學生在注意力方面之影響。實驗採單組前、後測設計。研究對象為經由鑑定通過並領有情緒障礙證明之6位ADHD學生。實驗方式:利用早修時間,進行12週,每週兩次,每次45分鐘的健走運動。使用電腦化注意力診斷測驗(CADA)為施測工具做前後測檢測。研究結果:在注意力之三因素總分、二因素總分、推理注意力及語文注意力後測的平均數表現均優於前測的平均數表現,且語文注意力前後測達統計上之顯著差異。結論:本研究證實健走運動對於國中階段注意力缺陷過動症學生在注意力表現上有正面之影響。 |
英文摘要 | The aim of this study is to investigate the effects of brisk-walking on the attention problems of junior high school students with attention deficit/ hyperactivity disorders (ADHD). The study adopts the design of Pre-test and Post-test. The study is conducted by six ADHD students. The study lasted for 12 weeks. Every student walked for forty-five minutes in the early morning twice a week. Use the Computerized Attention Diagnostic Test (CADA) as survey tools. The results of the study are as follows: In Post-test, all the scores of Three Factors of Attention, Two Factors, the Reasoning Attention and the Language Attention are higher than the average of ones in Pre-test. Besides, the scores of the Language Attention between Pre-test and Post-test achieve the statistical significance. The conclusion is that the brisk-walking exercise has a positive effect on language attention of junior high school students with ADHD. |
