中文摘要 | 可替換鼓肚材質小鼓最初的創作目的主要就是,創造出鼓手可以依照個人喜好自行組合出適合自己的小鼓。本創作在共振鼓肚材質部份可以有別於傳統設計做雙材質搭配替換,在影響爵士小鼓音色最主要的部份,做搭配替換出更特殊更炫、更符合自己需求的小鼓,鼓手對於小鼓的選擇將可更多元變化。本創作可替換機能是利用新設計的機構,使得一顆小鼓分為上下兩組材質和中間結合機構,共三個主要結構。藉由中間新設計的機構使得鼓肚可以分開上下區塊,而且可以替換,而達到音色變化的功能。整個創作過程共分為三大步驟,第一階段藉由鼓肚的聲音材質研究錄音,做為設計創作的材質選擇依據,並且透過專業鼓手的深入訪談和建議,和專家一起在創作前期避免掉一些可能會發生的問題,並在創作過程可以持續的修正改進。第二階段開始實際製作產品。第三階段進行成品完成的驗證,經過這些專業的鼓手試用打擊和心得感想分享,並且進入專業的錄音室實際錄製創作產品的聲音,綜合上述取得的資料去分析整顆創作小鼓在材質的組合優缺點和特性,讓可替換鼓肚材質小鼓設計能創造出有效的商品價值。本創作論文除了提供創作產品讓鼓手能夠有效的創造出適合自己的特殊小鼓外,也提供了完整的實驗創作過程,藉由不同材質組合後的小鼓去錄音,並且分析這些音波是可以很清楚解釋一般樂手對於各種不同材質的打擊聲音表現有為何有不同的感覺。幫助。 |
英文摘要 | The design of replaceable snare drum shells is to provide drummers with the opportunity to have tailor-made snare drums. Due to predetermined materials and sizes, the timbre and the look of traditional snare drums are usually fixed. The choice of snare drums is therefore limited and insufficient for most drummers. In this regard, the current work focuses on resonate drum shells, the part that largely decides the timbre of snare drums, and incorporates the design of dual-material combinations and replacements, which provides multiple choices and enables drummers to create snare drums that are more cater to their needs. The replaceability of this design relies on a newly invented apparatus, which divides a snare drum into three main parts - the upper part, the lower part, and the middle combining part. The design of the middle part enables the separation and replacement of drum shells, ultimately leading to the change of timbres. The design procedure involves three main steps. In the first phase, the sounds and materials of drum shells were analyzed, and the results served as the basis for later designs. Based on the advice given by professional drummers through in-depth interviews, some foreseeable problems were avoided in advance, and the design was continuously revised in the process of creation. Actual production was proceeded in the next phase. After consulting professional opinions, designs and 3D computer graphics were completed. The middle circular apparatus was fabricated by CNC. As for drum shells, they were manufactured by professional drum factories and later cut manually. At last, all components were assembled. In the final phase, product validation was conducted. By collecting feedbacks from professional drummers and recording in a professional booth, the merits and demerits of the current design was analyzed and detailed in the thesis. This was done to better complete the design and further elevate the product value of replaceable snare drum shells. |
