中文摘要 | 勞動法規除了維護勞動關係的基礎秩序與價值外,亦提供勞工權益的基本保障, 與藥師的勞動環境息息相關。近來在性別工作平等法有部分條文進行修正,除強化友 善育兒職場環境,使受僱者能安心兼顧工作與親職,亦同步確保受僱者於遭受職場性 騷擾進行訴訟時之請假權益。另外在勞動基準法部分條文增修部分,則是明文規範離 職後競業禁止約定、勞工調動原則與最低服務年限約款⋯等相關事項,提供勞工更有 保障與友善的勞動環境。 |
英文摘要 | Labor laws stand for basic regulation, value and protection for labors. Furthermore, it exert a profound influence on labor rights of pharmacists. The recently amended provisions of the Act of Gender Equality in Employment, intending to improve work environment in child care, make employees qualified for both job and family, and ensure the right of official leave when employees file lawsuits referred to workplace sexual harassment. As for Labor Standards Act, the recently amended provisions added the right for both employee and employer on after-resignation business strife limitation agreement, transferring principles and minimum service period agreement to provide more friendly and favourably work environment for employees. |
