中文摘要 | 本研究藉由文獻分析法探討中小學教師的教學工作環境、工作壓力源、工作壓力的結果及因應方式。本研究歸結出中小學教師有六大工作壓力源,分別是教學與輔導工作、學生行為、教師的專業知能、學校組織、人際關係與工作負荷。教師面臨工作壓力時會有生理、心理及行為問題,教師為了抒解這三方面的不適症狀,會運用工作壓力的因應方式,教師工作壓力的因應方式大致分為三種:解決問題、抒解情緒與尋找社會支持。若要提升教師的教學效能,學校行政單位必須協助教師減輕工作壓力,方可幫助教師專業能力的提升。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of the study is to understand the work stress, consequences and coping strategies of secondary and elementary school teachers. The study method is adopted literature review. The study results show that sources of secondary and elementary school teachers’ stress are teaching and discipline, student behaviors, professional knowledge, school organization, personal relationship and work overload. The study results display that the consequences of stress may be psychological, physical and behavioral. The study results also show that teachers use strategies to cope with work stress-resolve problems, relax negative emotion and seek social support. |
