If they lack sufficient resilience, they will not be able to get rid of emotional distress, eventually posing a negative impact on their growth. In fact, Chinese popular song is a symbol of popular culture among the young people. If we can properly use it as the material of bibliotherapy, we can strengthen their resilience. In recent years, the number of young readers in public libraries has risen. The public libraries should consider using Chinese popular songs as bibliotherapy cater the needs of young readers, so that they can be attracted to use their resources services and facilities.
