| 中文摘要 | 隨著環境教育的逐漸受到重視,許多人瞭解解決環境問題需涵蓋產品的完整生命週期-從搖籃到搖籃(回收再利用)。回收市場,在過去五年中,每年成長10%,已經成為現今企業非常重要的問題。關於回收,它包含很多的因素:生產方法、產品功能與設計、市場需求與價格及環境衝擊,其中最重要的事市場需求與價格。本研究希望針對回收材料設定適當的回收費率,透過合理訂定的回收費率,同時使製造業與回收業可以有較合理的利潤。為達到此目的,本研究建置一個兩階段最佳化的數學模型,研究中利用Karush-Kuhn-Tucker (KKT)轉換,並導入實際的產業案例數值。 |
| 英文摘要 | With the importance of environmental conscious education, more people understand the environmental problems are much more complex and related to all the phases in a product's life cycle from extraction of material to waste or recycle of the used products. Thus, the recycling market, with a yearly growth rate of 10% in the last five years is becoming a key issue for current enterprises. About recycling, it is affected by a lot of factors: production method, function and structure, market or user demands, design, price, environmental impact, and lifetime. The objective of this model is to set an appropriate subsidy rate applying to the recycling industry, in which the decision-making process is considered as a leader-follower interaction between the cost effectiveness between recyclers and manufacturers. In order to solve the problem, the proposed model will be reformulated as a single-level problem by the Karush-Kuhn- Tucker (KKT) transformation. A case study is also illustrated by using this model. |
