中文摘要 | 一般化工或半導體業中製程常見之高揮發性有機化合物(Volatile Organic Compounds,VOCs)的抑排及回收,是目前日漸受到注目的新興議題。目前,台灣本地業者運用流體化床式之回收吸附設備對VOC 之回收卓有功效,其回收效率可高達99.7%以上,最主要之關鍵即在於大量使用具有優異吸附效能、剛性與耐化性的球型活性碳作為吸附介質,而因應此應用最佳材料是石油基的球型活性碳。本研究主要使用中油自有重質油進一步將其精煉成高溫同相瀝後進行球化步驟,接著施以穩定化與碳化步驟來製作瀝青碳微球,探討中油自製原料做為瀝青微球的可行性研究。 |
英文摘要 | VOCs (Volatile Organic Compounds) emitted from the chemical or semiconductor processes becomes a noticeable issue because of their harmful impact on our living environment. At present, the Taiwan local industry use fluidized beds for the adsorption of VOCs with the high adsorption and recovery efficiency of 99.7%. The most important key is the extensive use of petroleum pitched based bead-shaped activated carbons (BACs) as the adsorption medium which have excellent rigidity and adsorption efficiency. We modify CPC's petroleum pitch to prepare BACs, and study the effects of spherization, stabilization and carbonization on BACs' morphologies. |
