| 中文摘要 | 本研究目的旨在提出一個概念模式,用以探討影響雲林縣國小女性教師休閒運動參與行為意圖之因素。本研究以目標導向行為模式為基礎,結合涉入程度、參與動機等理論,並假設一個理論模式來預測與解釋雲林縣國小女性教師休閒運動參與行為意圖之影響。本研究以雲林縣國小女性教師為調查對象,採自陳式問卷方式調查。發出600份問卷,回收483份問卷,扣除無效問卷後,回收有效問卷355份,有效回收率為73.5%。統計方法包括:信度、效度分析、驗證性因素分析、描述性統計分析、結構方程模式分析。分析結果顯示:(1)主觀規範、知覺行為控制、預期情緒對慾望具有顯著正向影響;(2)涉入程度、慾望、參與動機對行為意圖具有顯著正向影響。最後根據研究結果提出理論與實務意涵,並建議未來的研究方向。 |
| 英文摘要 | This paper proposes a conceptual model to investigate the factors affecting elementary school female teachers' behavioral intention toward participating in leisure activities. To explain and predict behavioral intention, this paper employs the model of goal-directed behavior (MGB) to develop a research approach, and integrates involvement and participatory motivation to hypothesize a theoretical model. Self-reported questionnaires were distributed to elementary school female teachers teaching in Yunlin. From the 600 distributed questionnaires, 483 were collected, and 355 were valid responses, corresponding to a 73.5 % response rate. The statistical method used included reliability and validity analysis, a confirmatory factor analysis, descriptive statistics, and structural equation modeling. The results demonstrated the following: (1) subjective norms, perceived behavior control, and anticipated emotions had significantly positive effects on desire; (2) involvement, desire, and participatory motivation had significantly positive effects on behavioral intention. Based on these findings, we identified implications for practice and theory, and provided suggestions for future study. |
