中文摘要 | 本研究旨在以工作滿意度為中介變項,探討私立中小學教師之教學相關社會心理危害對工作幸福感之影響。本研究採用問卷調查法,以臺南市私立中小學教師為研究對象,採立意抽樣方式,實施學校共計24所,總共發出問卷404份,實際回收有效問卷為321份,有效回收率79.45%。經由統計分析,歸納出以下結論:一、「教學相關社會心理危害」與「工作滿意度」及「工作幸福感」具顯著的負相關。二、「工作幸福感」與「工作滿意度」具顯著的正相關。三、私立中小學教師「工作滿意度」在「教學相關社會心理危害」之「缺乏放鬆機會」與「工作幸福感」之關係間具有完全中介效果,且呈現反向中介(inconsistent mediation),顯示出只要工作滿意度高,就算工作壓力大,員工也能甘之如飴。最後,根據研究結果,針對實務應用及未來研究提出各項具體建議。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study were to investigate the impact of teaching related psychosocial hazards on job well-being of private elementary and high school teachers, as well as to explore whether or how job satisfaction serves as a mediator between the two. The study employed questionnaire survey. Based on a purposive sampling, questionnaires were delivered to 404 teachers in 24 private elementary and high schools. A total valid 321 questionnaires were collected, with an effective response rate at 79.45%. The collected data were then processed through several statistical analysis, and the results are as follows: 1. Teaching related psychosocial hazards and job well-being were negative correlation; teaching related psychosocial hazards and job satisfaction were negative correlation, too. 2. Job well-being and job satisfaction of private elementary and high school teachers exhibited significantly positive correlation. 3. Job satisfaction was proved to be a complete mediation between lack of opportunities to relax of teaching related psychosocial hazards and job well-being in private elementary and high school teachers. Finally, according to the findings, made specific recommendations for future research and practical applications. |
