中文摘要 | 臺灣島槐(Maackia taiwanensis Hoshei et Ohashi)為台灣特有種,兩性花,花期八月上旬至下旬。花序原體於四月中旬在枝頂出現。七月上旬,花藥原體形成,由原始表層和中央細胞團組成。花藥壁層之構成,含表皮層、一層內壁層、二層中間層和一層營養層,屬基本型。營養層細胞為泌腺性型。花粉母細胞行減數分裂,細胞質同時地分裂,產生四面體形的四分體小孢子。成熟的花粉粒具二細胞,球形,直徑15~20μm。八月下旬花藥縱向開裂,花粉粒散發。 |
英文摘要 | Maackia taiwanensis Hoshei et Ohashi is endemic to Taiwan. Hermaphroditic flowers are produced from early August to late August. Inflorescence primordia are formed at shoot apices in mid April. Anther primordia are formed by early July, and composed of a protoderm and a central cell mass. The anther wall layers consist of epidermis, one-layered endothecium, two middle layers and tapetum of one layer, and the formation pattern belongs to the Basic type. The tapetal cells are glandular type of characteristics. Pollen mother cells undergo meiosis through simultaneous cytokinesis and give rise to tetrahedral tetrads of microspores. Mature pollen grains are 2-celled, globose and 15~20μm in diameter. Anthers are longitudinally dehiscent and pollen grains shed by late-August. |
