中文摘要 | 背景:自從2015年6月27日台灣發生八仙塵爆意外以來,國人認知到燒傷急性期的醫療處置關係到後續治療的成效,有鑑於國內尚無燒傷初期急救與處理的正式訓練及認證課程,為推廣燒傷初期急救醫療教育之目的,提升燒傷初期醫療救護之品質,實有建立我國燒傷初期急救照護認證課程之必要性。目的及目標:台灣燒傷暨傷口照護學會有鑑於建立我國燒傷初期急救照護認證課程之必要性,特別聘請具有傷口照護專業與燒傷臨床實務經驗之師資,舉辦了第一屆「高級燒傷急救照護術The Training Course of Advanced Emergency Burn Care (AEBC)」之訓練課程。此課程是針對燒傷病人在受傷後48小時內進行臨床評估與處置的照護指引訓練課程,提供學員相關知能與技巧,進而提升病人照顧品質。材料及方法:主要內容包括燒傷初步評估、各類燒傷病理生理機轉、呼吸道處置、體液補充與復甦、燒傷災難處理及轉送等主題。課程進行方式分課堂口授教學、實作以及課後筆試與技能實作測驗。課程結束後有問卷調查,以供後續分析改進之用。結果:128位參加此課程的學員在通過筆試及臨床實作測驗後,取得AEBC通過證書。回收問卷數共有113份,其中79%的學員是因為對此課程感興趣且能獲得燒傷專業知識而參加,同時有77%的學員是因為能得到具有醫院評鑑認證效力的證書而參加。結論:對於處理未來類似的燒傷意外,高級燒傷急救照護術提供了一個燒傷後急性期醫療處置的教育及認證平台。未來可以做為我國衛生福利部重症及燒傷中心評鑑的依據標準。 |
英文摘要 | Background: Since the tragic Formosa Fun Coast Dust Explosion Disaster happened in Taiwan on June 27, 2015, the general public has heightened awareness how emergent burn care played key roles in the outcome. The need to implement an emergency burn care course is imminent. Aim and Objectives: The Taiwan Society for Burn Injuries and Wound Healing (TSBIWH) recruited a team of burn specialists and experts and organized the first Training Course of Advanced Emergency Burn Care (AEBC) in response to the demand. The course focused on early evaluation and management post-burn injury. The course not only aimed to provide participants basic knowledge and hands-on skills in terms of early burn management, but ultimately, to enhance quality of patient care. Materials and Methods: The first AEBC course included initial assessment, pathophysiology, airway management and fluid resuscitation, stabilization and transfer. The complete course contained lectures, video demonstrations, hands-on practice, a written exam and mega code tests. Questionnaires were collected at the end of the training course for further analysis and refinement of this AEBC pilot course. Results: All one hundred and twenty-eight participants fully participated and had received licensure. Among the 113 questionnaires collected, 79% attendees agreed that they have special interests in burn care; moreover, 77% were motivated to receive a certified course to fulfill their clinical needs in burn care. Conclusions: The AEBC course may serve as the anchor and support to the educational needs in members who practice in burn care. In addition, it may play an important role in government-oriented accreditation for intensive care and burn centers. |
