中文摘要 | 本研究利用國產柳杉造林木製造結構用集成材梁柱構材,其等級為E85-F255,斷面尺寸為135×304 mm,構材以金屬連結件及插銷組合成T型梁柱結構,並利用結構用自攻螺絲進行垂直木理方向補強,透過反覆循環側向載重試驗,探討預先補強、破壞後補強以及補強數量對接合特性之影響。結果顯示接合處以結構用自攻螺絲補強者之能量散逸可以提升52~66%,塑性率可以改善39%,結構特性係數也顯示較不具剛脆傾向。梁柱結構之接合破壞後再以自攻螺絲修復補強時,其彎矩抵抗可回復88~94%,降伏彎矩可回復74~103%,初始剛性亦能保持原來的42~47%,在自攻螺絲補強數量方面,梁柱結構接合破壞後再修復時,每排插銷旁補強2對者,其降伏彎矩較使用1對補強者 提升40%,同時能量散逸亦提升14%。 |
英文摘要 | Structural glulam was fabricated from domestic Japanese cedar plantation timber into the post and beam members with the size of 135 × 304 mm and E85-F255 grade in this study. A T-type post and beam structure was assembled with a metal connector and dowels, and the connection was then reinforced with structural self-tapping screws in the direction perpendicular to the wood grain. The cyclic lateral loading test was performed to investigate the effect of pre-reinforcement, retrofitted reinforcement, and quantity of reinforcement on the structural characteristic joint behavior of the post and beam structure. The experimental results indicated that energy dissipation of the connection can be improved by 52~66% when it was reinforced with the self-tapping screws. The ductility also can be improved by 33% and the structural characteristic factor shows less stiff and brittle tendency. The bending moment resistance of the post and beam connection can be recovered 88~94% when the connection is retrofitted reinforcing with self-tapping screws after failure. The yield bending moment of the connection also can be recovered by 74~103% and 42~47% recovery for initial stiffness. In the case of reinforcing quantity of self-tapping screws, the yield bending moment of retrofitted post and beam connection which is reinforced with 2 pairs of self-tapping screws at each row of dowel can be improved by 40% as compared to that with 1 pair of screws. And, an improvement of 14% in energy dissipation is achieved when the retrofitted connection is reinforced from 1 pair to 2 pairs of self-tapping screws. |
