中文摘要 | 睡眠是人類基本的生理需求,也是維持良好健康狀態的重要基礎。睡眠障礙是一般大眾極為普遍發生的健康問題,失眠問題更是嚴重影響生活品質的疾病之一。在大學校園中,學生面對生活適應困擾時,常產生如情緒困擾、憂鬱等不良症狀。台灣超過40%的大學生,都有睡眠問題存在。此外網路成癮問題日趨嚴重,大專院校學生更為其中之高危險群,一天不使用網路就會焦慮的比率,近三年(2012-2015)從13.4%成長至23.6%。顯示情緒與睡眠及網路使用相關因子的關係是值得進一步探討。本研究目的探討大學生憂鬱、焦慮及網路使用行為影響睡眠品質現況與其之間關連性。研究對象為台中市某科技大學104學年度第1學期在學學生,採分層比例群集抽樣法來選取研究樣本,有效樣本數為976份。利用結構式問卷進行資料收集,資料收集時間為2015年9月至10月。研究結果顯示:受測者睡眠品質平均總得分5.60分(SD=2.901),其中46.6%大學生自覺睡眠品質不佳。憂鬱、焦慮狀態對睡眠品質有達到統計顯著水準之差異性;且憂鬱、焦慮與睡眠品質相關分析上達到顯著水準之相關性。進一步分析發現,網路使用行為在憂鬱、焦慮狀態對睡眠品質的影響關係上沒有顯著的干擾效果。 |
英文摘要 | Sleep was the basic physiological needs of humankind, but also an important basis for maintaining good health. Sleep disorders were generally common public health problems, and insomnia was a serious impact on the quality of life one of the diseases. In the university campus, students face life to adapt to trouble, often produce such as emotional distress, depression and other adverse symptoms. More than 40% of college students in Taiwan had sleep problems. Moreover the problem of internet addiction become more and more serious, and the rate of college students was one of the most dangerous groups. The ratio of "one day without internet use" will increased from 13.4% to 23.6% in the past three years (2012-2015). Showing the relationship between mood and sleep and the use of the relevant factors of the network was worth further study. The aim of this study was to study the relationship between depression, anxiety and network use behavior in college students. The study subjects were selected as the experimental students in the first semester of the 104^(th) academic year of a university in Taichung City, and the number of valid samples was 976. Data collection using structured questionnaires was conducted from September to October 2015. The results showed that the average score of sleep quality was 5.60 (SD = 2.901), of which 46.6% of college students had poor self-conscious sleep quality. Depression, anxiety state of sleep quality has reached a significant difference in the statistical level, and depression, anxiety and sleep quality correlation analysis has achieved a significant level of relevance. Further analysis found that the use of network behavior in the depression, anxiety state of the impact of sleep on the quality without significant interference effect. |
