英文摘要 | The RFCC simulation technology was established in this study using FCC-SIM software. The hydrotreating severity of RFCC feedstocks is modeled by changing the parameter of hydroprcoessing severity in the FCC-SIM feed model. Hydrodesulfurization of FCC feedstocks removes some of the metals, sulfur and nitrogen contents of atmospheric residues, which improves RFCC ECAT activity and selectivity. Analytical data (GC-MS、NMR、HPLC) show that hydrotreating RFCC feedstocks reduces amounts of coke precursor (polyaromatics and high boiling point components) and generates more gasoline precursor (mono-aromatics). The prediction of FCC-SIM simulation shows that the ECAT properties and the carbon structure of the RFCC feedstock have a significant effect on conversion, coke, fuel gas and bottom oil yield. The operating conditions (CAT/Oil ratio, regenerator temperature, and fresh catalyst addition rate) vary with the change in coke yield. The results of this study show that the RFCC feedstocks become lighter and more valuable with increasing hydrotreating severity of a RDS unit. This study will assist the refinery in the optimizing integration of the RDS unit with the RFCC unit. |
