中文摘要 | 本研究之目的係以蓪草紙為基材,分別以三種反應性與植物染料染色之,探討其經染色後之染色堅牢性。本試驗以固形分代表其濃度,再以吸光度推算固形分。其結果可得未知濃度且三種植物染料之顯著性皆達99%以上。蓪草紙耐光性試驗中,化學染料以淺藍(E-B)者耐光性質最佳。經28天耐光照試驗後顯示,蓪草紙使用硫酸鋁媒染劑之比色彩強度(RCS)值介於28%~35%;醋酸銅媒染劑之RCS 為77%~ 113%;木醋酸鐵媒染劑之RCS為50%~215%。可知,植物染料搭配木醋酸鐵媒染劑最佳。然而,木醋酸鐵媒染劑會隨著光照時間增加而使蓪草紙有脆化之虞。至於反應性染料之RCS值介於11%~74%。其中,以木醋酸鐵媒染劑試驗後蓪草紙強度會產生減低現象。而包含化學染料及其它植物染料,皆尚保有原有強度。植物染蓪草紙,經耐水試驗後顯示,除墨水樹染液搭配媒染劑-醋酸銅與木醋酸鐵媒染劑會出現滲色現象外,餘條件皆具有耐水性質。蓪草染色紙耐水堅牢度,以福木與茜草染液之染色蓪草紙具有良好之耐水性質。植物染之耐光性質優於反應染料。蓪草紙利用植物染色技術具有一定之可行性,其染色性質甚至較之反應染料者佳,可供未來推廣應用參考。 |
英文摘要 | We used the Tong Cao (Tetrapanax papyriferus) paper as a substrate, dyed with three kinds of reactive dye and plant dye, to investigate the color fastness after dyeing. In this study, the solid content was used to represent the concentration, and the absorbance of the solid content was calculated. The unknown concentration could then be obtained, which the significance of three plant dyes were up to 99%. For chemical dyes, the light blue (E-B) was shown to have the best light resistance property after Tong Cao paper being exposed to light. After 28 days of light resistance tests, the values of relative color strength (RCS) of the Tong Cao paper were as follows: aluminum sulfate mordant (28%~35%), copper acetate (77%~113%), and pyrolignite of iron (50%~215%). The results showed that plant dyes with pyrolignite of iron mordant had the best RCS. However, for the pyrolignite of iron, increasing exposure time led to the brittle of Tong Cao paper. Also, for the reactive dyes, the values of RCS ranged from 11% to 74%. Among them, the treatment with the pyrolignite of iron mordant deteriorated the strength of Tong Cao paper. Involving the chemical dyes or other the plant dyes still retained the original strength of paper. Water resistance tests of Tong Cao paper, treated by plant dye staining, showed that the Haematoxylun campechianum dye with mordant-acetic acid copper and pyrolignite of iron led to color bleeding; but the other conditions had water resistance. This study reveals that Tong Cao paper treated with plant dyeing techniques is feasible, which is even better than that treated by reactive dye, and these techniques can be applied for future applications. |
