中文摘要 | 偏遠離島地區醫院,護理人員難招募,且病人數不穩定;在成本考量下,護理人員必須有多項專業成長,故需藉由交叉訓練來滿足各項業務之需求;而現況中因政策不確定性及工作負荷增加等因素造成護理人員情緒低落,以致無法提供適當照護而感到工作壓力大。故本研究針對護理人員經歷跨科訓練時之工作壓力進行分析,以離島地區醫院工作滿一年以上之護理人員為調查對象,問卷共發放120份,資料分析使用SPSS 19.0統計軟體,進行描述性統計、卡方檢定、單因子變異數分析與Pearson相關分析等方法進行驗證。研究結果發現,不同人口統計變項在交叉訓練制度的生理壓力、工作壓力、心理壓力均有顯著差異。冀望此結果做為同等級醫院進行護理人員跨科交叉訓練計劃時,預先規劃或風險管理之參考。並藉由護理人員壓力源之分析,再依醫院的現況做為改善策略之指引,期使促進護理人員職場健康,藉以提升護理人員滿意度、組織認同及留任意願。 |
英文摘要 | Remote outlying district hospitals, nursing recruitment difficult, and the number of unstable patients; in cost considerations, there are a number of professional nurses must grow, so the need to be cross-trained to meet the needs of the business. But often due to policy uncertainties and other factors caused increased workloads for nurses are depression, but due to inability to provide adequate care to feel stress. Therefore, this study was conducted for the working pressure of nursing experience interdisciplinary training when the analysis to offshore island Hospital, Penghu branch of work for more than one year of nursing for the survey, questionnaires were distributed and 120 copies, data analysis using statistical software SPSS19.0 conduct descriptive statistics, chi-square test, ANOVA analysis method validation and Pearson correlation analysis. The results found that different demographic variables were significant differences in the majority of cross-training regime physiological stress, work stress, psychological stress. Hoping this result when the same level as the hospital nurses interdisciplinary cross-training program, pre-planning or risk management information. And by analyzing the source of caregiver stress, again according to the hospital's status as a guideline to improve the policy, the period to make the promotion of workplace health nurses, nursing staff in order to enhance satisfaction, organizational identification and retention will. |
