中文摘要 | 有鑑於現代社會環境的急遽變化,企業對於年輕人之「能力」的要求日漸嚴苛,需重新審視對「能力」的概念。因此,本研究將探討日本對於「能力觀」概念的變遷,進而分析探討現今台灣年輕人所應具備的能力。透過專家學者的焦點座談會的結果得知,隨著大學教育的形式化主義、學用落差的嚴重現象以及認同遲緩年輕人的增加之社會背景下,年輕人有強烈的自我意識,從工作中尋求工作的成就成的傾向,但卻缺乏職業倫理、承受挫折的能力、邏輯思考以及解決問題的能力。在社會環境變化以及企業的需求下,高等教育機構應強化學生的工作意識,並積極地推動企業實習措施等,特別是推動大學低年級企業實習,讓學生能夠提早接觸職場、提高工作意識 |
英文摘要 | In lieu of the big environmental challenge faced by the youth, the increasingly tough requirements are posed to the youth's "competencies." This study examines the change of "viewpoint of ability" in Japan as well as analyzes competencies required by the youth. This study conducted a "focus group interview" by inviting the participation of students, the industry, and academia to discuss competencies that shall be acquired by the youth in Taiwan. Results of focus group interview indicate that along with the formalization of university education, the big gap between what has learned and what needs to be utilized, and moratorium, the youth has strong self-awareness and is inclined to look for achievements from jobs, but they are lack of work ethics and the abilities to take frustration, initiate logic thinking, and to solve problems |
