中文摘要 | 為了強化關於退休年金制度「世代正義之世代代理問題理論」(The GAP Theory of Generational Justice)的數理基礎,同時對退休年金制度之世代代理問題進行論證,本研究嘗試採用數理規劃之模式推導的方式,將「年輕世代與年長世代之間的代理關係」以及「資訊不對稱的決策情境」等納入模式中,透過數理推導的過程進行論證,並就論證所獲得的結論,闡釋本研究對於如何紓解退休年金制度之世代代理問題以及維護世代正義的積極意涵。 |
英文摘要 | The intergenerational agency problem of pension system is mainly due to information asymmetry between younger and elder generations and the self-dealing inclination of the elder generation. In this study I strengthen a theoretical framework "The GAP Theory of Generational Justice" that involves constructs such as intergenerational agency relationship and intergenerational agency problem, and use the numerical programming model to derive how the intergenerational agency relationship and information asymmetry between younger and elder generations affects the intergenerational agency problem. In the end I further elaborate how intergenerational agency problem of pension system could be solved and how intergenerational justice could be actively maintained. |
