中文摘要 | 本研究探討地方機關員工協助方案服務滿意度與組織承諾之關係,採用調查研究法,以新北市區公所員工為研究對象,有效回收問卷423份,有效回收率為76.22%。本研究因調查樣本數不多,為避免變數分配型態及樣本數的限制,使用偏最小平方法(PLS),具有良好的預測力與解釋力。研究結果發現:(一)人員對員工協助方案服務滿意度與組織承諾的知覺已達滿意或同意程度;(二)人員對員工協助方案服務滿意度以心理諮詢的服務滿意度為最高;組織承諾則以價值承諾的知覺為最高;(三)不同教育程度及服務年資的人員對員工協助方案服務滿意度呈現部分顯著差異,不同性別、年齡、婚姻、教育程度、人員類別及服務年資的人員對組織承諾的知覺有著顯著差異;(四)人員在員工協助方案服務滿意度對組織承諾有顯著影響,其中又以價值承諾的知覺影響為最高。 |
英文摘要 | This study investigated the relationship between the local institution employee assistance programs’ (EAPs) service satisfaction and the organizational commitment by using survey research--the new Taipei City district office staff for the study target, and recovery of 423 valid questionnaires. The effective rate was 76.22%. This study, because of the number of small survey samples, in order to avoid limiting variable distribution patterns and the number of samples using partial least squares (PLS), has good predictive power and explanatory power. Results found: (1) the local institution toward EAPs’ service satisfaction and organizational commitment have reached a certain degree of consciousness; (2) among EAPs’ service satisfaction items, counseling is higher and among EAPs’ organizational commitment items, value commitment is the highest; (3) the varying educational degrees and years of service of staff on EAPs’ service satisfaction presented partial difference; however, gender, age, marital status, education level, the categories of persons and length of service of staff toward their organizational commitment have reached a significant difference; (4) EAPs’ service satisfaction has significant effects on organizational commitment in which the value commitment reached the highest degree. |
