中文摘要 | 自2002年6月臺北捷運啟用悠遊卡當作票證支付工具後,電子票證在我國運輸系統的使用邁入嶄新的一頁。由於電子票證可記錄每位乘客使用運具之行為資訊,對於公共運輸系統之規劃與營運管理助益極大,其所累積之運量資料,更是各運輸研究者冀望挖掘之寶藏。本研究利用北捷電子票證(悠遊卡)內所含起訖資料及相關營運資料進行微觀流量分析,獲取捷運系統內的人潮移動大數據資料,並針對以下4個實際案例探究分析,以充分發揮統計檢視政策之職能。一、北捷車廂擁擠分析:檢視各捷運站不同時間(按分鐘計)及不同行車方向的車廂擁擠率,作為調整行車班距,改善車廂擁擠程度的參考,提高營運效率。二、文湖線班次調度分析:用圖形及參數的方式支援班次調度決策,提高營運成本效益。三、104年跨年疏運活動分析:藉由推估各捷運站的車廂人數及站內人數,檢視跨年疏運活動成效,並提出政策改進建議。四、捷運轉乘站人潮分析:利用目前13個轉乘站平日之進站、轉乘及出站人數分時統計圖,依其分布型態分為3類,進行人潮分析並提出建議。 |
英文摘要 | Electronic tickets can record the behavior of each passenger in transport information. It is important for the public transport system planning、operation and management. The cumulative volume of information is big data for transport researchers to analysis or support policy. In this study, we collect and refine the records which include go and return transaction in the EasyCard of Taipei MRT to organize passenger's behavior, and we give the following four practical cases to verify Taipei MRT policy. 1. MRT crowded analysis: To adjust the MRT schedule by the crowded rate, to satisfied with the needs of passengers and to improve MRT operational efficiency. 2. Wenhu line shift scheduling analysis: Using graphics and parameters to support the scheduling and to improve operating costs and efficiency. 3. New Year's Eve distribution analysis: By estimating the MRT crowd and passenger's behavior to provide policy recommendations. 4. The crowd analysis of MRT transfer stations: The use of the current 13 transfer MRT stations on weekdays inbound, transfer and outbound data, according to their distribution type is divided into three categories, the crowd analysis and recommendations. |
