中文摘要 | 本研究目的為探討不同鹼性飲品增補對短時間高強度訓練後血液pH 值之影響。本研究方法以48 位健康男性成年人為研究對象,將受試者依據食物頻率問卷作配對分組,分為純水控制組 (control group, CG)、鹼性電解水A 組 (alkaline water A group, AAG)、鹼性電解水B 組 (alkaline water B group, ABG) 及離子飲料組 (ion beverages group, IG),進行連續補充7 天,每次500 ml 的溶液(每日增補時段為該實驗時段前1 小時),於補充前後進行最大努力30 秒溫蓋特測試,以指尖採血觀察測驗前與測試後立即、5 分鐘分別之pH 值、碳酸根離子、氧分壓、二氧化碳分壓、鹼過剩數值變化,血乳酸則多觀察10 分鐘及30 分鐘,本實驗結果發現經過7 天不同鹼性飲品補充後,在ABG 部分,可減少測驗後pH 值持續下降的現象,另外在碳酸根離子及氧分壓方面亦高於前測。血乳酸變化率的累積上也顯著低於純水控制組。本研究結論為7 天補充pH 較高的鹼性電解水能有效的減緩pH 值在運動後持續的下降,建議在高強度運動訓練期間能持續以pH 較高的鹼性電解水作為增補策略。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to assess the effects of different beverages supplementation on blood pH value after short-term high-intensity training. The subjects of this study were 48 healthy male adults. All subjects were divided into control group (CG), alkaline water A group (AAG), alkaline water B group (ABG) and ion beverage group (IG) based on a food frequency questionnaire. Participants in four groups were asked to drink 500 mL of respective beverage for 7 days one hour before the experiment. All subjects put their maximum effort to perform a 30 seconds Wingate test before and after the intake of different beverage. The blood samples from the fingertip were collected at pre-test, immediately and 5 minutes after 30 seconds Wingate test. The blood samples were assessed for the pH value, carbonate ions, oxygen partial pressure, carbon dioxide partial pressure and excess base value changes. Besides, the blood lactate levels were assayed after 10 minutes and 30 minutes. The results showed that blood pH values were decreased in ABG after 7 days supplementation, whereas carbonate ions and oxygen partial pressure were effectively increased compare to pre-test data. Blood lactate accumulation rate of change is also significantly lower than CG. The conclusion of this study is that higher alkaline water intake for 7 days can effectively hold the tendency to decline the pH value after exercise. Our study suggests that higher pH of alkaline water could be a good continuous supplementation strategy before high-intensity exercise training. |
