| 中文摘要 | 由於宗教及社會文化的影響,人們相信,將具有吉祥寓意的物品,祭祀、供佛,即能得到同樣的加持與祝褔。本創作以藏傳佛教八吉祥圖紋應用於糕餅上,維持傳統結構要求,重新繪製適用於食品創作之圖紋。因為此圖紋在漢地被演化為象徵身體各器官之投射,故以相對應的天然養生食材,調製成八種不同顏色之糕餅,符合現今時代潮流之養生概念,及輝映藏傳佛教多彩之圖紋特色,具有實質及歷史文化意義。 |
| 英文摘要 | Due to the influence of religious belief and social culture, the most people believe that support has auspicious items can get the same blessing wish; therefore, they prepare some auspicious figure of Pastry or food to use in the worship of Gods, Buddha. The creation of the works be used in food culture is "Eight Auspicious Figures", maintained the traditional structural requirements and repainted for food creation figure. "Eight Auspicious Figures" are considered as a symbol of various organs of the body in Chinese; so as to correspond to natural health ingredients, prepare eight different colors of Pastry, in line with the current trend of the concept of health, and embraced Tibetan colorful pattern characteristic of Buddhism. The combination of substance and history makes a new meaningful culture. |
