中文摘要 | 高職建教合作是聯結企業需求與學校人才培育的管道,也是技職體系人才 養成重要的一環。近年來,接連傳出建教學生受到不合理的對待,促使政府於 2013年1月頒布施行「高級中等學校建教合作實施及建教生權益保障法」,以健 全建教合作制度、保障建教生權益及提升職業教育品質。 本文以文獻分析法進行研究,目的在探討高職建教合作政策立法歷程與内 涵,並運用Fowler之政策過程階段模式,將所收集的資料加以分析。試圖對高 職建教合作政策加以評論,並提出相關看法與建議。 |
英文摘要 | In a vocational senior high school,the cooperative education is a connection between demands of business and supplies of school,which is also an essential part to cultivate professional skills of students involving in technological and vocational education. In the recent years, the issues regarding unreasonable treatment of cooperative education students have come one after another, which prompted the government to enact M The Act of the Cooperative Education Implementation in Senior High Schools and the Protection of Student Participants,Right",hence enforced in January 2013. This act aims to overhaul the cooperative educational system,to protect student participants9 rights, and to enhance the quality of vocational education. This research is carried on by using documentary analysis and its purpose is to discuss the process and content of the act of the cooperative education policy of vocational senior high schools. Fowler's Stage Model was applied to this research to analyze the collected data,trying to comment the cooperative education policy in vocational senior high schools, and providing some opinions and suggestions related to this research. |
