| 中文摘要 | 本試驗皆在探討飼糧中添加不同含量乾燥高粱酒糟對臺灣黑羽土雞生長與腸道性狀之影響。選取4週齡體重相近之臺灣黑羽土雞288隻,逢機分成4個處理組,分別餵飼同熱能與等蛋白但不同含量0%、10%、20%與30%乾燥高粱酒糟處理組之飼糧,每處理組雞隻公母各半,採平飼,每性別飼養於1欄,每欄12隻,3重複,共24欄,試驗期為12週。各處理組之雞隻於不同生長階段採食同熱能與等蛋白質之飼糧(5-8週齡:粗蛋白(%)/代謝能(kcal/kg):21/3100;9-12週齡:粗蛋白/代謝能:21/3000;13-16週齡:粗蛋白/代謝能:19/3100),飼料及水採任食,試驗期間測量個別雞隻之體重及每欄之採食量,並且分別在8、12與16週齡時屠宰,取出腸道,測量其長度與重量。試驗結果顯示,僅母雞於13-16週齡時,以採食飼糧酒糟含量為10%之處理組有最佳之隻日增重(P < 0.05)外,其他生長階段各處理組雞隻之隻日增重皆無顯著差異。公雞或公、母雞合併計算,雞隻在各生長階段之隻日增重於處理組之間亦無顯著差異;但在8及12週齡之迴腸相對長度及相對重量均隨飼糧高粱酒糟含量之提高而增加,並對不同生長階段雞隻其他腸道部位亦有不同程度之影響。綜合上述,從整個試驗期雞隻之隻日增重及各生長階段腸道增長與增重結果顯示,在同熱能與等蛋白之飼糧中,臺灣黑羽土雞飼糧中乾燥高粱酒糟之添加量以10%為宜。 |
| 英文摘要 | The objective of this study is to investigate the effect of different levels of dietary dehydrated sorghum distillery residue (SDR) on growth performance and intestine traits in Taiwan black feathered native chickens. Two hundreds and eighty eight 4-weeks-old Taiwan black feathered native chickens (144 male and 144 female) with similar body weight were divided into 4 groups. Twelve birds were fed in one floor pen of each gender in each group with 3 replicates and fed one kind of isocaloric and isonitrogenous diets containing 0, 10, 20 and 30% SDR for 12 weeks. The diets used for 5-8, 9-12 and 13-16 week-old chickens were fed mash feed with CP(%)I ME(kcal/kg) as 21/3100, 21/3100 and 19/3100, respectively. Feed and water were supplied ad libutum. Individual chicken body weight and each pen of feed intake were measured every two weeks and birds were slaughtered at 8, 12 and 16 weeks of age to analyze the length and weight of intestine tract. The results showed that except 13-16 week-old female chicken fed containing 10% SDR have higher average daily gain (ADG) (P < 0.05), there is no significant difference in ADG for the other growth stage. Different levels of SDR did not affect ADG for male or pooled male and female chickens during every growth stage and 5-16 weeks of age; however, increasing SDR level increased the ileum relative length and weight for 8 and 12-week-old birds. Meanwhile, SDR levels have effects of different degrees in intestinal traits of other sites for chicken at each growth stages. To sum up, based on ADG and intestine tract traits, it is suggested that 10% SDR in isocaloric and isonitrogenous diet is suitable for Taiwan native black feathered chickens during 5-16 weeks of age. |
