中文摘要 | 醫學技術的快速發展,台灣對於急性腦中風的患者,急診醫師依靠電腦斷層做為此類疾病的診斷與鑑別,頭頸部電腦斷層血管攝影(頭頸部CTA)更是安全快速且準確高的工具之一。本研究評估急診開立頭頸部CTA 後,經放射師執行檢查及後處理工作站之影像後處理技術,得到以利專科醫師進行診斷及治療的診斷影像。本研究收集2015 年10 月到2016 年6 月執行頭頸部CTA 之急診患者,共25 例,由一位9 年以上資歷放射師並具有後處裡影像資歷4 年,使用傳統組像法及減贅組像法兩種不同方式後處理影像,並統計組像完成時間,進而評估診斷時效性及影像品質。結果顯示傳統組像法平均需花1281 秒,減贅組像法平均需花821 秒;兩種組像方法之影像品質並無太大差異,但減贅組像法時間較短故可以提高臨床醫師診斷時效性。頭頸部CTA 為急性腦中風的患者安全快速且準確高的工具之一,但最重要的3D 血管影像是需要經過影像後處理才能夠提供醫師最快速正確的診斷。本研究結果證實減贅組像法比起傳統組像法為更快速的組像法,即便是檢查限制較多,如檢查前可對病人做好完善的固定方式,將能夠快速的提供臨床醫師診斷急性中風之影像,提高診斷時效性。 |
英文摘要 | In recent years because of the development of science and technology in Taiwan, clinicians rely on computer tomography to diagnose and identify diseases. Computed tomography angiography (CTA) for head and neck is safer, fast and accurate for diagnosis and identification of acute stroke. In this study, we evaluated radiographic examinations performed in the emergency department for head and neck CTA, and radiologists performed end-of-view examinations. In total, 25 patients with head and neck CTA were analyzed from October, 2015 to June, 2016.The post-scan processing, image was performed by a radiologist who had 9 years radiographer qualification and post-processing image qualification for 4 years, statistical time evaluation Diagnostic timeliness and image quality. The traditional method averaged took 1281 seconds, while the subtraction method averaged 821 seconds. The image quality of the two techniques is similar, the subtraction group shorter time can improve the timely diagnosis of clinicians. Head and neck CTA is safer, fast and accurate for diagnosis and identification of acute stroke. The 3D imaging is the most important to provide physicians the most accurate diagnosis of fast. The results of this study show subtraction group was faster than traditional group. Even the limit is much, if the examination can be fixed before the patient. And can thus provide a quick and timely clinical diagnosis of the acute stroke. |
