| 中文摘要 | 本篇研究藉由煉油廠中的胺液處理單元實際發生的破損案例來探討設備與管線在胺液處理單元中常見的環境致裂問題。第一個破損件為貧胺液緩衝槽之出口管線, 從分析結果推論其破損機制為胺應力腐蝕破裂(Amine Stress Corrosion Cracking)。第二個案例為位於迴流槽與硫磺工場之間的閘閥,研判其破損機制為硫化物應力腐蝕破裂(Sulfide Stress Corrosion Cracking)。透過上述破損物件的腐蝕破裂機制分析與成因探討,歸納出胺液處理單元發生應力腐蝕破裂的類別與管線設備所在區域之關聯性,進而達到預防胺液處理單元再度發生應力腐蝕破裂之效果。最後文末建議銲後熱處理是一種提昇胺液處理單元抵抗應力腐蝕破裂的有效方法,並且提出適當的銲後熱處理參數,以避免後續可能發生之工安事故與經濟損失。 |
| 英文摘要 | This study discusses environment-assisted cracking problems of equipment and pipelines in amine units of refineries through failure analysis processes and case studies. The first case is the outlet pipeline of a lean amine surge tank, and the failure mechanism is amine stress corrosion cracking from the analysis results. The second case is the broken gate valve between a reflux drum and a sulfur recovery unit, and the failure mechanism of the broken gate valve is sulfide stress corrosion cracking (SSCC). We conclude the correlation between the two kinds of stress corrosion cracking and the location of equipment/pipelines in amine units through the investigation of corrosion cracking mechanism and root cause of the failure objects. In the meantime, we hope to prevent similar stress corrosion cracking in amine units from happening again by this study. In the end, this article proposes a post-weld heat treatment (PWHT) which is an effective method for improving the cracking resistance of weldments in amine service in order to avoid the possible occurrence of occupational accidents and economic losses. |
