| 中文摘要 | 基本電費的多寡,最主要是依據用電戶所簽訂之契約容量。但若用電戶各月份之用電狀況差異很大時,簽訂單一契約容量未必是最佳決策,故本研究將歷史用電資料以不同方式進行分群,並使用暫停部分契約容量的方式,將單一契約容量分成兩段進行考量,透過統計分析方法來預測未來用電最高需量之機率分配,進而依此結果建構數學模型,再以數值積分方法求解最適契約容量,經個案證實,本研究所提出之預測方法,確實可有效節省電費成本。 |
| 英文摘要 | The contractual capacity is the main influencing factor of the basic electricity charge. However, the single contractual capacity may not be the best decision, because the electricity consuming in each month may be more variant. Therefore, this study will cluster the history data of electricity consuming in a variety of ways, and create two-stage contractual capacity through suspending part of contractual capacity. The statistical analysis method was applied to predict the probability distribution of future electricity consuming in peak period, and according to test results to construct a mathematical model of electricity cost. At last, the optimal contractual capacity was calculated by numerical integration method. According to the case study result, the proposed method can reduce the cost of electricity consuming more effectively. |
