中文摘要 | 俄國文學中的「多餘人」出現於十九世紀初期。俄國在俄法戰爭中戰勝拿破崙,民族意識覺醒,原本該是朝氣蓬勃的時代,卻因十二月黨人政治事件的影響,文壇悄寂無聲。作家將他們對時代的關懷,寫入新的文學形式、新的人物塑型中,層層包裹,一連串的「多餘人」便在這樣的氣氛下,推陳出新,變幻不同的面貌。本論文以俄羅斯「多餘人」的濫觴為著眼點,聚焦俄國文學中首見的兩位「多餘人」─普希金的奧涅金與萊蒙托夫的彼巧林,除了他們的「多餘」特性,也重視他們的正面功能,並將他們與世界文學中的典型─「唐璜」與「哈姆雷特」做比較,說明多餘人的出現,是一種文學現象,是來自作家們對客觀存在、連續事實的反應,兩位多餘人的身上過境的文學印記,提供了一個了解他們的途徑,是俄羅斯文學家對世界文學人物呼應反思的證據 |
英文摘要 | The "superfluous man" appears in Russian literature at the beginning of the 19^(th) century. After the Russians won the war against Napoleon, Russian national consciousness was emerged. This was a time of intense political aspiration, which, due to censorship following the "Decembrist's uprising", could not find direct expression in the literature. Writers hid their concerns under a new literary form and new characters, thus, a series of "superfluous man" were formed with different faces. This article focuses on the beginning of Russian "superfluous men"—Pushkin's Onegin and Lermontov's Pechorin. Except for their "uselessness", we consider the positive function of these two characters and compare them to two other prototypes in the world literature -- Don Juan and Hamlet. We try to demonstrate that the appearance of Russian "superfluous man" is a literature phenomenon, which is the reaction from writers to the existence of continuing facts. The trace from these two characters provide a way to better understand the "superfluous man". It is the reflection and echo of Russian writers to the world literature |
