| 中文摘要 | 複合材料具有質輕及強度大的特性,然而因個別複合材料構件製造方法的不同,在進行有限元素法分析時,往往不是一件簡易的工作。因此若能先計算複合材料的等效材料機械性質,將所欲分析的複合材料視為類等向性材料,則將可顯著簡化有限元素法的分析,進而加速產品的開發上市。本研究則是針對碳纖維預浸布貼合的複合材料構件(汽車底盤拉桿),先計算其等效材料機械性質,再進行有限元素法分析,並與實驗值進行比較,以驗證其可行性。最後並就相同尺寸的傳統鋁合金拉桿與碳纖維拉桿,在相同的受力情況下,進行各別剛性的模擬比較。 |
| 英文摘要 | Composites are well-known for its characters of lightweight and high strength, but because of the various manufacturing methods of composite members, it is often not easy to perform the finite element method analysis. Therefore, if the equivalent material mechanical properties of composites could be first calculated, the composite materials could be considered as quasi-isotropic materials, then the analysis of finite element method will be significantly simplified and speed up the composite products time to the market. This study focuses on the carbon fiber prepreg member(chassis strut bar) to calculate its equivalent material mechanical properties, and then to perform the finite element method analysis. The experimental values are to compare those of the ANSYS simulation to verify this approach’s feasibility. Finally, the ANSYS simulations of the traditional aluminum alloy strut bar and carbon fiber strut bar of the same size have been carried out to compare the stiffness of the two strut bars. |
