| 中文摘要 | 本研究目的從哈伯瑪斯批判理論觀點探討對高齡教育教師專業之反思,進而發現對高齡教育教師之啟示。研究結果發現由哈伯瑪斯批判理論--知識論與溝通行動理論觀點,對高齡教育教師的啟示有:一、與學習者關係:加強與學習者互動,建立良好關係及營造適合高齡者學習的學習氛圍;二、課程教學:課程規劃以學習者為主體,融合傳統與多元及跳脫傳統教學思維,適時調整課程;三、教師專業素養:成為學習的示範者及反思實踐者。哈伯瑪斯的批判理論可以能啟發教師,促進其專業成長,透過自我反省與理性辯證,自我覺察並思考在高齡教育中與學習者的關係,期望對高齡教育教師之專業有所激勵,以提升高齡教育的教學品質及達到高齡者有效學習的目標。 |
| 英文摘要 | This study from the point of view of Critical Theory Habermas Discussion Reflection on teachers' professional education of the elderly, which in turn found inspiration for the elderly education teachers. The study by Habermas Critical Theory of Knowledge - On the Theory of Communicative Action and the views, and found inspiration for the elderly education teachers are facing three: First, the relationship with the learners; second, in the course teaching; Third, teachers' professional literacy. Habermas's critical theory can inspire teachers to promote their professional growth through teacher self-reflection and dialectical rationality, so that teachers can self-awareness, and then to rethink education in old age, the relationship between teachers and learners, expectations of elderly education teachers the professional has the incentive and promotion in order to improve teaching quality and reach of education elderly elderly effective learning objectives. |
