中文摘要 | 本試驗目的在探討靈芝(Ganoderma lucidum)對哺乳期仔豬之生長性能及免疫力的影響。將9日齡仔豬(藍瑞斯品種)分為日糧不添加(對照組,n=15)及日糧添加0.2%靈芝(試驗組,n=15)之試驗設計,為期27天。檢測仔豬之育成率、體重、豬瘟中和抗體力價、血清生化值及淋巴細胞增殖能力。結果顯示,在育成率及平均日增重方面,對照組與試驗組無顯著之組間差異。而血清生化值分析,天門冬氨酸轉氨酶與血中尿素氮之平均值,對照組與試驗組皆在正常值範圍內。有趣地,在持續餵飼靈芝結束之日(第27天)進行淋巴細胞增殖能力之測定,結果顯示,試驗組比對照組得到較大的指數(3.97±2.24 vs. 2.07±0.39)且有顯著差異存在。除此之外,在豬瘟中和抗體力價方面,於60日齡時,試驗組顯著地比對照組有較高之抗體力價(2.73±0.01 vs. 2.00±0.55)。統整這些試驗結果,證明添加靈芝於飼糧中餵飼哺乳期仔豬除了不影響其育成率及生長性能外,而且會提升仔豬之免疫力(包括淋巴細胞增殖能力及豬瘟中和抗體力價)。根據本試驗結果,建議添加靈芝於哺乳期仔豬之飼糧中可增進仔豬之免疫力。 |
英文摘要 | The objective of this study was to investigate the effect of the Ganoderma lucidum (GLI on the growth performance and the immunity of piglets in lactation. Nine-day old Landrace piglets were either left untreated (the control group; n=15) or fed with diet containing 0.2% GL powder (the treatment group; n=15) for 27 days. The survival rate, body weight, serum titers of neutralizing antibodies against hog cholera (HC), serum biochemistry and lymphocyte proliferation were measured. The results showed no significant difference in the survival rate and the average daily gain of body weight between the control and the treatment groups. Analysis of serum biochemistry showed that the levels of espertate aminotransferese end blood urea nitrogen were in the normal range in the two groups of piglets. Interestingly, the lymphocyte proliferation index measured at the end of CL administration (day 27) in the treatment group was significantly greater than that in the control group (3.97±2.24 vs. 2.07±0.39). In addition, the serum titer of neutralizing antibodies against HC was markedly elevated in the treatment group compared to the control (2.73±0.01 vs. 2.00±0.55) on day 60. Collectively, these results demonstrated that the CL administration did not influence the survival rate and the growth performance of piglets in lactation. However, the immunity of piglets treated with CL was significantly enhanced, including the lymphocyte proliferation and the antibody titer against NC. On the base of these results, it is suggested that CL may be added to the diet of piglets to enhance their immunity. |
