中文摘要 | 下顎全口義齒的製作在下顎骨嚴重吸收的患者上常面臨很大的挑戰,植體固位全口義齒在穩定性,固位性都較傳統式全口義齒獲得改善,病人滿意度也較高;因此植體固位覆蓋性全口義齒目前已經是下顎全口缺牙患者優先考量的治療計畫。另外在取得顎間關係時,常會因為不穩定的基底板而產生誤差;生物功能性贋復假牙系統(Biofunctional Prosthetic System, BPS)於最終印模後利用Gnathometer M(顎間定位器)取得顎間關係。本文提出利用生物功能性贋復假牙系統製作上顎全口義齒及下顎植體固位覆蓋性全口義齒的臨床病例及治療步驟,討論製作此類型假牙臨床須注意事項。 |
英文摘要 | Achieving a satisfactory treatment outcome of madibular complete denture with good stability and retention is a considerable challenge. Previous studies have shown that a mandibular two-implant retained overdenture is superior to the conventional denture. Thereby, the two-implant assisted mandibular overdenture is the first treatment option for mandibular edentulous patient. Furthermore the clinicians always encounter the problem with unstable record bases made from block-out master casts during the bite registration procedure. The Biofunctional Prosthetic System (BPS^®) can solve the problem with Gnathometer to take bite right after final impression. In this case report, we used BPS^® to fabricate the maxillary complete denture and mandibular two implant-retained overdenture for a 63-year-old female patient. |
