中文摘要 | 本研究旨在瞭解不同背景變項對運動教練的社會支持與角色壓力之差異,與不同社會支持程度對運動教練的角色壓力之差異,和不同背景變項與社會支持對運動教練的角色壓力之預測。以台灣地區的運動教練為研究對象。採立意取樣方式進行問卷調查,共發出250 份問卷,有效問卷合計為181 份。以t 檢定、單因子變異數、單因子多變量、積差相關與階層迴歸進行分析。研究結果如下: (一) 發現的運動教練的性別、婚姻狀況、教育程度、年齡、教練年資、班級規模與運動成就對社會支持與角色壓力,均未達顯著差異。 (二) 發現運動教練的不同社會支持程度與運動教練的角色壓力與其構面之角色模糊、角色衝突與角色負荷過重均達顯著差異。 (三) 發現主管支持對運動教練的角色壓力之預測力最佳;主管支持對運動教練的角色模糊知預測力最佳;主管支持對運動教練的角色衝突之預測力最佳;主管支持對運動教練的角色過重負荷之預測力最佳。 |
英文摘要 | The study aimed to understand the differences between social support and role stress of sport coaches based on different variables, and differences between different levels of social support on role stress, as well as the prediction between the two based on different background variables. The research subjects were the sport coaches in Taiwan. Using purposive sampling approach to conduct the questionnaires, a total of 250 questionnaires were issued and 181 were valid. The questionnaires were analyzed by t-test, ANOVA, MANOVA, correlation and hierarchical regression analysis. The results were followed: (1) it was found that the sex, level of education, marriage status, age, coaching experience, class size, and sports achievement did not reach significant difference to coaches' social support and role stress. (2) It was discovered that different level of social support and the coaches' role stress and its dimension of role ambiguity, role conflict, and role overload were significantly different. (3) It was found that support from the superior could predict the role stress of coaches, and has the best predictive power. support from the superior could predict the role ambiguity of coaches, and has the best predictive power.; support from the superior could predict the role conflict of coaches, and has the best predictive power.; support from the superior could predict the role overload of coaches, and has the best predictive power. |
