中文摘要 | 本研究旨在探討大學生使用數位學習平台進行知識分享行為之現況,研究其中影響知識分享態度、知識分享行為意圖與滿意度的關鍵因素與問題,並針對問題提出解決建議,期能提供大學生使用數位學習平台之參考,增進其數位學習之成效。本研究以計畫行為理論(Theory of planned behavior, TPB)為基礎,加入知覺有用性、知覺易用性與滿意度,成為本研究理論模式探討架構。透過問卷調查收集台灣南部 KY、 CS與 MH三所科技大學管理學院學生238份樣本數,並採用 SPSS與 AMOS套裝軟體,建立資料檔案並進行各項統計分析。經對研究假設進行驗證,研究結果發現:知覺有用、知覺易用、滿意度與知覺行為控制對知識分享態度均達顯著的正向影響關係;知覺行為控制、主觀規範與知識分享態度對知識分享行為意圖亦達顯著的正向影響關係。從研究結果提供大學生使用數位學習平台知識分享實務上之建議,期能有效提昇大學數位學習平台進行知識分享之實用與成效。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study is to explore the factors that impact perceived to the e-learning and continuance intention base on Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB). As a result, a theoretical model in e-learning situations was proposed. This study probes into knowledge sharing behavior of university students in Taiwan by e-learning platform, and explores the key factors and related issues of knowledge sharing attitude and behavioral intention. Based on the results, it proposes suggestions for the problems as reference for e-learning platform users to enhance the effectiveness of learning. Through questionnaire survey, it collected 238 samples from students in KY, CS and MH universities of Taiwan, constructed data files, and the hypotheses and research model would be verified by using SPSS and AMOS. After validating the hypotheses, this study found that perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness and satisfaction significantly and positively influence attitude toward knowledge sharing. Perceived behavioral control, subjective norms and attitude toward knowledge sharing significantly and positively influence behavioral intention to share knowledge. The findings can serve as references for knowledge sharing through using e-learning platform, thus improving the effectiveness to share knowledge by e-learning platform. |
