中文摘要 | 目的:本研究主要在探討配戴佛手柑精油項鍊對於紓解國小教師壓力之成效。方法:本研究對象為台灣北部某國民小學教師39人,每週五天,週一~週五,每天早上配戴佛手柑精油項鍊至少2小時,並以壓力知覺量表(PSS)分數為紓壓指標。配戴前、實驗第二週及實驗第四週,皆填寫壓力知覺量表(PSS);在實驗第二週及實驗第四週增加文字敘述配戴佛手柑精油項鍊之感覺。本研究實驗數據以SPSS20.0進行資料處理與分析,以獨立樣本t檢定及One-Way ANOVA分析受試者基本屬性與前測壓力之關係;以成對樣本t檢定(pair t)比較配戴佛手柑精油項鍊實驗前與實驗第二週、實驗第二週與實驗第四週、實驗前與實驗第四週之壓力知覺程度差異。結果:實驗結果顯示,受試者基本屬性與前測壓力並無顯著關係;國小教師的PSS分數下降程度在實驗第二週(36.05±6.117)與前測(39.92±6.922)相比達顯著差異;而國小教師的PSS分數下降程度到了實驗第四週(33.38±6.707)與實驗第二週(36.05±6.117)相比也達顯著差異;國小教師的PSS分數下降程度在實驗第四週(33.38±6.707)與前測(39.92±6.922)相比亦達到顯著差異。結論:本研究顯示四週配戴佛手柑精油項鍊,可降低國小教師壓力知覺程度,達到舒壓之成效。 |
英文摘要 | Purpose: The study mainly explores the effects of pressuring relieving for elementary school teachers to wear bergamot necklaces. Methods: The objects of the study are 39 teachers at a certain elementary school in Northern Taiwan. Five days a week, from Monday to Friday, these teachers would wear at the bergamot necklace for at least two hours every day. The scores of PSS serve as the indicator of pressure relieving. They were asked to fill out PSS before wearing the necklace, in the second and the fourth week. In the second and fourth week, they added text description to describe how they felt when wearing the bergamot necklace. The data of the study were processed and analyzed through SPSS 20.0. Independent-sample t test and one-way ANOVA were applied to analyze the relation between the subjects' basic attributes and pretest pressure. Pair t test is applied to compare the differences between the levels of perceived stress during formermid period, later-mid period, before and after wearing the bergamot necklace. Result: The results of the experiment indicate that there is no significant relation between the subjects' basic attributes and pretest pressure. In comparison wit those in the pretest, the elementary school teachers' PSS scores decreased significantly in the second week. In comparison with those in the second week, the elementary school teachers' PSS scores significantly decreased in the fourth week. In comparison with those in the pretest, the elementary school teachers' PSS scores decreased significantly in the fourth week. Conclusion: This study presents that wearing the bergamot necklace for four weeks can reduce the index of perceived stress for elementary school teachers and relieve their pressure. |
