中文摘要 | 本研究採集臺灣各地礦場的黏土,應用原子吸收光譜儀(AA)、X-光繞射(XRD)、熱重分析(TGA)及程溫還原(TPR)分析其組成及特性。由原子吸收光譜儀的組成分析顯示,臺灣地區僅桃園百康的粘土鐵含量較低外,其他地區的鐵含量則偏高,因此燒成後顏色呈現暗紅,在應用上顏色深較為不利。燒成收縮試驗得知,臺灣各地區粘土,除部分高溫發泡外,其他樣品收縮率在 10%內,且燒成後質地堅硬,瓷化良好。臺南左鎮粘土在燒成後全部發泡。從熱重分析(TGA)及程溫還原(TPR)實驗顯示會發泡的粘土含有有機質所導致。另外,將不同區域的黏土,以不同比例調和其含鐵量,可調製各種顏色的黏土,供陶瓷創作者做為色盤參考應用。 |
英文摘要 | Clays mined from Taiwan area was employed in this study, and its properties were characterized by techniques of AA, XRD, TGA, and TPR. The AA result showed that the sample from Tauyan city had a relative lower level of Fe2O3 than those from other cities. Furthermore, while the clay was calcined at high temperature, its color would appear more dark red for a sample with a higher level of Fe2O3. The shrinkage for the most clay within 10% showed a very good quality after high temperature calcination. However, some clay became foamed at calcination and this phenomenon was attributed to that the sample contained some unknown organic materials, characterized by TGA and TPR. Furthermore, a color plate could be established by mixing different clays and the mixing clays may have a wide application in pottery art. |
